Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://life-after-menopause.com website, MiMa mobile app, and Hot Flash Help app (the “Service”) operated by Womaneze (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Womaneze and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Womaneze.
Womaneze has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Womaneze shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Subscriptions
Fees
Both MiMa and Hot Flash Help app offer certain premium features of the Services which you can purchase as a monthly, or yearly subscription (“Subscription”). The Hot Flash Help app has also a 6 month subscription. A description of the premium features associated with Subscriptions is available in the Apple App Store descriptions for both MiMa and Hot Flash Help app and Google Play store for the Hot Flash Help app. When you purchase a Subscription (each, a “Transaction”), you choose to initiate a Transaction via the Services, you authorize us to provide your Payment Information to third-party service providers so we can complete your Transaction and agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that MiMa and/or Hot Flash Help app may charge your credit card or third party payment processing account, including, but not limited to, your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) where the Apps are made available (each, an “App Provider”), for verification, pre-authorization and payment purposes; and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service providers may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order. You’ll receive a confirmation after we confirm the payment for your order. Your order is not binding on MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app until accepted and confirmed by MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or third party payment processing charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app.
MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app reserves the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances, MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app deems appropriate in its sole discretion. MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your Transaction (such information is included within the definition of Payment Information). MiMa app and/or Hot Flash Help app will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription
All amounts are payable and charged: For monthly, 6 month or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel, using the Payment Information you have provided. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. If you purchase your Subscription via the Site, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time by contacting us by email at contact@womanze.com. You purchased your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.
Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions
MiMa app and Hot Flash Help app reserve the right to change their pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time, and MiMa app and Hot Flash Help app will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to MiMa app’s or Hot Flash Help’s app pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section “Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription.”
Future Functionality
You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by MiMa app and Hot Flash Help app regarding future functionality or features.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
